At the same time, John Sharples, a local businessman and landlord for many years, was growing frustrated with the poor service and hidden fees he constantly encountered from traditional management companies.

As existing business associates in construction and surveying, John and Stephen began discussing what the "perfect" property management company would look like. They envisioned a company that treated landlords with transparency and tenants with respect. When the news of the Eden Project Morecambe was announced, their vision crystallised.
